For domestic orders, we ship UPS ® Ground. Your order comes insured against loss or damage. Orders are generally shipped the day after receipt and confirmation of payment. Orders received after 12pm EST on Friday, will be shipped on Monday. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business or shipping days by UPS.
We generally no longer offer expedited service unless special arrangement have been made in advance. If you need expedited service, please e-mail info@beerfestboots.com
Breakages/Claims
We take every effort to ensure you beer boots are well padded and packaged and arrive in one piece, however occasionally breakages do occur. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt for any signs of damage to the outside box. If you receive a shattered or chipped boot, please contact us within
3 days of receipt. We will file a claim and send you a replacement. You must hold onto the box for at least
5 business days after the claim is filed in case UPS wishes to inspect the outside for damage. Thanks!
